Healthy Morning Preschool Snack Idea:
What you will need:
3-4 hard boiled eggs (depending on the size of your group)
3-4 pieces of whole wheat toast
Salt & Pepper
Butter
Fresh fruit juice or milk
Preparation:
Cut the hard boiled eggs lengthwise and place on a plate, yolk side up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Butter warm toast and cut into quarters. Serve one piece of egg with a quarter piece of toast and a glass of juice or milk. If the children enjoy the snack encourage them to have more.
