Preschool kids art activity and art ideas are great ways to get your preschool kids and/or the preschool children in your daycare to try new creative ways to express themselves through art and painting activities. Painting ideas and art activities like this for preschool children allows them to express themselves while having some fun with some unique painting and art type activities while at home or while in the preschool classroom. Kids and preschoolers always love art activities whether they be coloring activities, painting, drawing etc. This art activity for kids puts a new twist on the standard basic idea of painting by ‘rolling’ a ball or rollable object through different paint colors and over the paper which is placed in a cardboard type carton or tray. This allows the preschool children to experiment with rocking this tray or cardboard box while the rolling object applies the paint in a different, textured pattern over the paper. Different colors of paint and objects with different sizes or textures will give a different artistic effect.
